Job Responsibilities • As a vital member of the Social Career team, coordinate and organize volunteer services for elderly support. • Assist participants in understanding the concept of voluntary work and lead novice volunteers in engaging in volunteer activities. • Coordinate activities, prepare necessary information for services, liaise with internal and external stakeholders as well as non-profit organizations, manage volunteer and participant attendance records, provide on-site support, and capture photographs. • Collaborate in volunteer training.

Requirements: Available to work 1-2 days per week, with at least one day in the office per month, and be present on-site to provide support during events. Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese). Patient with strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and handle unexpected situations. Preferred skills: Excellent verbal communication and ability to work as part of a team. Compassionate and patient. Experience in serving the elderly. Proficiency in computer knowledge.
